• I will not grant access to the Intranet to any other person/persons

• I will not give my username and password to any other person/persons

• I will do the utmost to keep my username and password a secret

• If I think that my username and password has been compromised I will contact the Intranet Administrator and inform him.

• I will not store Corpro Systems Intranet usernames and passwords on a publicly accessible Computer

• I will remove any data, usernames and passwords relating to Corpro Systems Intranet from my computer before giving it to others.
